    A cast of characters works here. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It's kind of professional, sort of like a family. I went to pay, and the systems were down, so I gave them my cc number. Hopefully, they don't throw too many pizza parties with it. Overall, they were okay. You get a "free" car wash voucher with an app you have to download. I hoped they could check the transmission fluid. The 2015 Kia forte has a closed system, so you have no choice but to change it once you open it. But they weren't very clear about that because I don't think they knew the details, which is what I would have liked to hear more about (I researched while I was there). I like the way they give that clear multipoint inspection infographic. But I like it less now since they gave it to me with transmission fluid as fine when, in fact, they didn't check it because they couldn't. So, what are they checking?

    Got a last minute service appointment on a Friday morning and was treated like I was a recurring customer. Service was fast, professional, and pleasant. I bought this lease at Nutley and the finance guy ripped me off. Never going back. Denville is way too expensive now. They used to have good deals. Now they have bad sales staff that lie to you. Their service was good but they don't get my money after my last experience. Unfortunately I went to Nutley and met a nice sales guy that couldn't deliver what he promised. Leased here 3 cars ago, so I'm back. When this lease is up, I hope the next lease experience will be good. I'm tired of trying a new dealer every three years. Hopefully the front of house will be as nice as the service department.
