As another auto business who needed an alignment done, the service was exceptional. Nice guys who followed up promptly when the car was ready for pickup.
Most Euro shops will tell you oh you need to replicate driver weight in the seat - or we dont have the proper equipment, and while some of that may be true - a wheel alignment is back to the basics stuff -but still a dying art that requires years to master the craft. Got the car back and she tracks straight as an arrow.
PS - if this is how they treat B2B customers - you retail guys are in for a treat. Have found my new alignment shop!
