Impact Medical is truly one of the best around. Ive been driving into the City for over three years, unable to find the same quality of care, until I found Dr Weiss. Hes so comprehensive, has personally called me back on a Friday night at 7:00 PM to manage my symptoms, is caring, thoughtful, experienced and listens carefully, He gets a 5+ star rating in every area.

Very well run office. Friendly and competent staff. Dr Weiss took the time to understand my current symptoms and come up with a treatment plan. Having weekly shots (no pain because nurses are skilled!) as per the treatment plan. Roomy and comfortable waiting room. Have seen what it looks like during an unusually busy time and it was still respectful and orderly. Chloe and Aldonna at the front desk are polite, friendly, and remained graceful under pressure. They have it set up so you cant hear the phones ringing in the lobby. Highly recommend this office if you have ongoing treatment needs. Parking is ample but you may need to circle around or use the complimentary valet .

Charging $10 for camp form. What a joke. Been going there for years. Was there less than 1 year ago for full review/tests/the works. Because I wasnt there this calendar year they want to charge me. Seems like this place is going downhill fast.

Went in for 10 :15 appointment, was charged a co-pay, but nobody had a decency to tell me they are running an hour or two late. Come 10:50 I finally said I don't have the time to wait, I have another appointment scheduled. 10 minutes later I was shown to the room, and another 5 minutes later an assistant comes in with a questionaire that will take 10 minutes to fill out. Still no Dr. To make me feel better was told Dr. Weiss is a very busy man. Seriously? You assume I and all the other patients are not? I was always seeing Dr. Patel, never an issue, but he is no longer in that office and I seriously wonder where is he working now. Today I felt as if I was waiting for some superstar that can see me or not at their leisure. Had to leave for my other appointment without being graced with Dr. Weiss' presence, because I don't want to be rudely late myself. However my co pay stayed with them, because they did not know how to refund it. It's a pity they did not know how to ask me if I have 2 hours to waste waiting before charging my card either. The answer is NOT. Never. Anything over 15 minutes is a firm NOPE. Schedule me when there is no overbooking, let me know beforehand that my 10:15 is now 12:30, anything. I have work and life too.
