        The negative: We were told a serviceman would come between 8AM and 12PM; however, the serviceman came around 1:15PM. There was no call or text to inform us of this schedule change and this resulted in us putting things off that we could have accomplished earlier and no longer could. The positive: Alex Gordon seemed honest and knowledgeable regarding our HVAC system and air ducts, as well as some other home service questions outside of the HVAC system. He checked on multiple occasions if we had any questions about the process. His overall demeanor and disposition made us comfortable and trusting with the service.
