After bouncing fm Dr to Dr several times. I finally received comfort for my ankle arthritis. Dr. Dem made a simple adjustment that others failed to do and for the first time in years I feel minimal soreness!!! His office staff was above & beyond friendly!!!

Dr. Demoleas is one of the finest doctors that I see in this area!!! I started seeing Dr. Demoleas years ago after I had been diagnosed with Diabetes. At that time, arthritis was affecting my left foot and I was at risk for developing neuropathy in my feet. I was fitted for custom orthotics and more comfortable diabetic footwear. Most importantly, on one of my early appointments, Dr. Demoleas, unlike my other doctors, took the time to explain to me how diabetes ravages your body by attacking the smallest blood vessels ie the capillaries, in your body. Lack of blood flow through the capillaries then kills the muscles or organ tissues that are cut off from normal blood flow. Sadly you don't feel the damage being done until it is too late to correct. His explanation made crystal clear the risk that I was in unless I took every possible step to control and/or reverse my diabetes. I acted on his advice and have been successfully keeping my blood glucose levels below the full diabetes range. Using different technology, I was also able to completely eliminate the neuropathy (ie numbnes} that had started to develop in my feet. Susan Demoleas was also extremely helpful in helping me make good decisions in selecting insurance coverage. So in the words of Tina Turner I would rate Dr. Spero and Susan Demoleas "Simply the best.... better than all the rest!" Highly recommend.
