I have used Reliance Plumbing for over 25 years. They are reliable, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Any problems that I have encountered they were over immediately and fixed the problem.

Joe installed 2 hot water heaters for us about 4 years ago with no issue. We called him subsequently to replace a toilet, he promised to come, and then "ghosted" us. We recently had a problem with the hot water heater he installed (he used a hose instead of a pipe and the hose started leaking), we did get him on the phone, he asked for pictures which we provided, and then there was no communication whatsoever. He did not respond to multiple texts or calls over the period of a month. If a business owner is not interested in taking on a job, that's fine. Just say so! But he did not stand by his (substantial) work, either. We had to hire a different plumber at significant expense to fix the leak. That plumber said the hose should never have been used for this installation. Service: Water heater installation

Had used Joe previously and he was good. Since the pandemic, demand for trade services is strong and he no longer calls back. Also, heard from a friend that he wanted payment upfront.

Joe and his son Joe were very professional and honest. They came same day when we called about a majorly leaking pipe. They got right to work and immediately found the problem (actually 2 problems!) They worked quickly and efficiently and were super informative and friendly all around. Highly recommended!! Service: Plumbing leak repair
