    This has been my go to store for appliances and furniture for a long time until recently. I pay my bill every 2 weeks and have faithfully for many years. I recently was laid off due to Covid 19 and was denied unemployment. I called Aarons and spoke with Kendell who right away helped me by having me pay club for 4 months and deferring my payment until I went back to work. I'm currently not receiving any sort of income and they took the payment out of my account twice so far since I signed the agreements. I called them in an effort to resolve the matter first without having to go to this. Apparently they can take the money but someone in a Delaware store named Tyler agrees and processes the refunds. Apparently Tyler won't agree to process a refund back to me. Unfortunately I have to go to my bank and dispute both payments with my signed agreements in order to get my funds back. All I am getting is the run-a-round and hung up on by Tyler in a Delaware store. After this level of customer service I received during this pandemic, I will never get a single thing from them again and I won't recommend anyone else use them either. Not only did they put my account in the negative after a signed agreement was made, they did it again and took from my 73 year old mothers social security. Shameful
