Have video evidence of them denting both the front AND back of my car at Grand Marquis in New Jersey. Have tried calling and emailing but they have been ignoring me for months. You're better off parking miles away and walking to your destination before trusting this joke of a company with your car. Wish I could leave zero stars.

They have no ocean for the customer. My key was not on the board and it took about 15 minutes before they were able to locate the person who had the key. Then it took another q5 minutes to get the car and then they had four cars ahead of my car that they were to park before I could move out. It has been 40 minutes that I came out and I am still sitting in my car as my exit is blocked by them by the cars they are still to pRk .
