Maryanne is a fantastic real estate agent and someone who we would recommend to anyone in search of a new home. My wife & I were first time home buyers - Maryanne was extremely patient with us, took the time to understand what exactly we were looking for and what would make sense for us, and guided us through the process seamlessly, . We quickly identified a home (which Maryanne had firsthand knowledge of given her significant experience and expertise in the Bergen county market) that fit what we were looking for. Maryanne helped us step by step through submitting what turned out to be a very compelling and ultimately a winning offer in a multi-bid (10+ offer) scenario; without her expertise, savviness, and creativity in structuring the offer, we wouldn't have been able to secure the home, which is something the selling agent even acknowledged. She helped us step by step thereafter, recommending local resources (lawyers, mortgage brokers, experts for inspections, working with town for permitting, etc.) to ensure a smooth closing. She is a tireless advocate for her Clients, extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and an expert in the space. We could not recommend her enough to anyone seeking assistance in purchasing a home.

If you are looking for a realtor, Maryanne is the one that you need to have in your corner. We anticipated that our sale might be a challenge- a 100 year old family home and the fact that we live 240 miles away. It was not. Maryanne has a wonderful balance of wisdom and confidence from experience, the warmth and compassion of someone who sees the family's needs and not just a property, and the ability to manage unanticipated challenges. There were a few odd challenges. She handled everything with skill and aplomb. Maryanne is like having a best friend in the business. Couldn't have been any better.

Maryanne knows her stuff. Gave us best advise and was always available to answer our questions. Although there were three other townhouse in my community, our townhouse was the first one to be sold. Maryanne made it easy and pain free.
