To have found and worked with JoAn was our biggest blessing and greatest advantage throughout the home searching and purchasing process. JoAn went above and beyond to help us find our home. My husband and I are first time home buyers who were unfamiliar with New Jersey. JoAn took us around to several neighborhoods and helped us get familiar with the area. She really listened to what we wanted and took the initiative to take us to listings we had overlooked or just wouldnt have known to consider.
When it came down to putting offers in, JoAn knew what terms would make our offer the most attractive. Though our offer wasnt the highest, it was still accepted thanks to the terms JoAn helped us determine. JoAn is very communicative. She would always respond back to texts right away. She truly cares about her clients and is very honest. JoAn is a fountain of knowledge for all things real estate. She diligently looks around each house for any red flags.

When I began my home-buying search, I knew what I wanted in a house, but had no idea how to navigate the process or even truly where to begin. That's where JoAn came in. When I first met JoAn, she was able to take what I told her I wanted, put it on paper, and come up with exactly what I wanted without me even knowing it. She was able to push me out of my comfort zone and show me houses that I didn't even think I would like, but ended up loving; something I would not have been able to do without JoAn's incredible foresight. When I put my first offer on a house, JoAn was there every single step of the way, always being just one phone call or text away; any time of the day; no matter how big or small my question was; JoAn always picked up the phone and knew the answer or would know how to find the answer.
As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely naive to the home buying process; but there was not a single time I felt like I could not trust JoAn. She made the process so incredibly easy for me, and making sure I was on the same page at every step of the way. I put so much trust into JoAn and not once was I let down.
You can tell JoAn truly loves her job and will do anything to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied with the home buying process.
