If I could give Jann 10 stars I would! I called for advice, and she was very gracious and generous with her time and wisdom. I started the conversation feeling unsure and anxious; but by the end of the call, I felt more confident and knowledgeable about my situation, leaving me much more at ease. I very highly recommend using her services! I just wanted to add that I reached out to her again with a couple of more questions. She responded promptly and directed me to another resource.
