Our initial engagement with them began during COVID when they helped us do a quick update to our existing website. This initial engagement led to a complete redesign and relaunch of our website and we couldn't be happier. We've received multiple, very positive comments from our donors, volunteers, and staff. Because of the great work they did with our website, Rapunzel is now producing our semi-annual newsletter, annual report, year-end appeal, and other event related pieces. They have modernized and streamlined our communication pieces and our supporters have responded very positively.

Rapunzel Creative was amazing to work with! Their documentation was very organized, thorough and easy to follow. As a result our new site is updated and much more user friendly. The entire team was very easy to communicate and work with throughout the entire project. They answered questions quickly and provided timely updates. Everything was delivered on schedule. I was really impressed by their knowledge and experience as it related to both design and development, as well as the marketplace. I appreciated their patience during the process as this was my first experience redesigning a website. Overall, working with them was a collaborative and positive experience.
