Galarza Builders are TOP PROFESSIONALS throughout the entire team. They were always conscious and considerate of our family - kids and pets included! We stayed in our house during a renovation they conducted for us. Each member of the crew made sure we felt save and comfortable around the people on the property and work being done. The quality of their work and professionalism surpassed our expectations. It is very clear to see the genuine integrity Vic and Steve have for the work they do and manner in which they, and the team, conduct it. Even after the renovation was completed, they were quick to respond after a tree hit part of the house in April of 2020. Even when they were outside, everyone on their crew wore masks as difficult conditions from the pandemic were increasing. I plan to have Galarza Builders perform more work for us based on their work for us and other work I have seen them perform.

Galarza Builders showed up daily for work.They were reliable & responsible. They worked tirelessly & consistently. The contract was adhered to from start to finish--both the original estimate of cost & estimate of time to complete the project were accurate & as promised. We were very happy & they did an excellent job.

Galarza Builders were referred by a family member in 2017 when we were looking to completely redo 2 bathrooms and our basement. Vic and his team did an excellent job. They showed up on time every day and completed every job before he said they would. Vic manages and coordinates every job seamlessly. He listens and puts up with my endless requests and suggestions, worked attentively and methodically and gives us exactly what we want. We have decided to hire Vic several more times since 2017. He completed several more rooms in our home and is now completing our kitchen. His workers are respectful and follow rules and all safety guidelines to make all of us comfortable during this covid pandemic. Galarza builders are honest, trustworthy and their work is amazing. Extremely unprofessional, my mother who is high risk hired them for construction on her house during the pandemic. The workers continuously did not wear masks. We left a box of masks by the door and put a sign on the house that masks were required. They would frequently take the masks off in the house or have the masks below their nose and fix it when we walked by. Even though we specifically stressed that she is high risk. Also Vic Galarza told us a port a potty would be set up for the men since it is a PANDEMIC and yet that was not set up and the men have been using our bathrooms without permission. Apart from the lack of respect for our health and household rules, the scheduling has been extremely disorganized. We are given no heads up when workers arrive at 7:30AM to do work and are also not told ahead of time when the water will be shut off for an entire day (During a pandemic when we are working from home and there is not a cafe or library to go to). I work at a design gallery in NYC and work with contractors on complicated build-outs for our exhibitions on a regular basis. These contractor all provide me with a detailed schedule 1 week out of what will happen each day, who will be coming, the work to be done, the noise level and what areas of the gallery they will be in. This is really unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from Galaraza Builders.

Professional, prompt and easy to work with! Galarza Builders helped my basement workspace become a reality!! As a self proclaimed DIYer, it was hard to pass the baton, but I felt we worked together every step of the way! With the strain and stress of Covid, having this extra space provided was such a gift! I felt safe, and well cared for from start to finish, and couldn't be happier with the end result! Thank you, thank you, THANK you!!
