These people are AMAZING! They kept a year and a half old promise to give me a free cleaning because of a logistical problem we had last time (nothing to do with the quality of their actual work). When I contacted them to take them up on their promise, they were gracious, quick to schedule the new treatment and did an excellent thorough job, using safe materials. They smell clean but now I have doubts if they just sprayed something to make it smell clean. I am attaching a nice little photo of what I have taken of the newly delivered rugs! I think I just gave away $300 and a real scam. (Original) Lamentablemente creo que ser la unica que no ha quedado 100% satisfecha acado de recibir mis dos alfombras, tal y como me informaron que tardaria de una a dos semanas por entregar y fueron muy rpido, aunque desafortunadamente las alfombras llegaron llenas de pelo de animales, que como he comentado al seor que me la ha trado no salieron de mi casa con esos pelos, y me dijo que serian de la maquina, que con pasar la aspiradora se iban y para mi sorpresa al pasar la aspiradora sali muchimo polvo pelo y suciedad! Se huelen a limpio pero ahora tengo dudas de que si solo han rociado algo para que huela a limpio. Adjunto una foto poco agradable de lo que he sacado de las alfombras recin entregadas! Creo que acabo de regalar 300 dolares y una verdadera estafa.
