The whole team is there to help! I make manual deposits quite often and also have them do other banking services and theyre friendly, competent, and given the ability to help. Jamil, Jasmine and Monang always go above and beyond to make sure my banking with Freedom Bank is easy and hassle-free. This is consistent with how Ive always been treated by everyone at the Ridgewood branch on Route 17, they are everything a bank should be. They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. You just dont get that kind of personal touch when banking with large national banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with Freedom Bank.

I have been using Freedom Bank's Ridgewood branch for years now and considering the amount of business that I do with the numerous accounts that I hold, Jamil, Mo, and Jasmine do an impeccable job of providing stellar service every time. They are always available to help, communicate very effectively with me regarding anything needed on the accounts as well as going above and beyond to be sure I am completely satisfied with the way my accounts are being handled.
