        Extremely rude staff, specifically Nelson Torres. Changed appointment times for a notary due to my husbands schedule (at best an 10 minute appointment). Upon arrival, he did not realize I was in the waiting area as directed by his fellow colleague. He complained to another colleague that the appointment time was switched and continued to complained about the inconvenience of the time switch while I was in the waiting room. Extremely unprofessional as staff at Chase of Ridgewood
