This location is the worst one ever to begin with the cashiers are very sassy they will give you an attitude also no one cleans the tables at all there were two guys when I was there one of them clearly knew the tables needed to be clean but he was busy talking to his female friends this place is full of young kids they usually leave everything messy however none of the staff members feel the need to clean the garbage can was full I have never seem this before this location is filthy and the staff is awful

Very nice location. Clean and a good atmosphere. Fun for kids, adults, and a casual business meeting. Parking is metered in the street in the area and a card or cash can be used.

I went there today and was excited to try out their pastries. I bought coffee and 2 pastries. They give you the coffee and you prepared it at the table where the milk and sugar is. While I was preparing my coffee I dropped my pastries to the floor. I asked the cashier that rung me up, If I can get another because I had dropped it while making coffee, And she said No she couldnt help me. That alone is horrible customer service. The fact that they rather lose customers instead of accommodating the situation. I wouldnt go back because theres so many options in Ridgewood for coffee and pastries. Horrendous!
