I was leaving for a trip and wanted to get a regular mani pedi before it. I was going to the place based on reviews and went there for the first time earlier this week. The staff was friendly, and the appointment was going well until the tech doing my pedicure nicked my cuticle too close to my skin on my big toe. I felt it and it hurt but assumed, since I dont get pedicures done often that maybe I was sensitive. I also had 2 different techs doing my regular mani, pedi. My nails came out decent, I had no problems with the manicure but the whole experience was ruined by the nicked skin. The next day my cuticle was SWOLLEN, RED and I was in PAIN. I had to soak my toes in warm water 3-4 times a day and apply neosporin in hopes that this doesnt turn into a full blown infection. The area continued to be swollen, and pus started draining from the wound. But the worst part was I had to be so careful on my vacation as to not get the wound wet ( I was going somewhere tropical) or put pressure on it which was so annoying. I wish the tech had asked me before cutting so deep to cause injury. The infected cuticle and the aftermath that ensued makes me never want to go here again. Its a shame because I liked how my nails turned out and the staff was very nice. So maybe its a matter of consistent training ? I dont know, but wanted to write this review in hopes that this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Ive never had a pedicure or manicure before but they made me feel comfortable. I like the environment. For us men its not easy to walk in to a nail salon.

Amazing pedicure! Very well done and they go above and beyond on details and other things to make it a very relaxing experience. Place was packed and you can tell they have many happy returning clients. Chairs were very comfy, new and fully functional. Great workers and communication overall. No stupid little add on charges that other places try to nickel and dime you on either, like nail buffing. Highly recommend.
