My apologies for hanging up on you Mr choong, but I did ask you 3 times "on what vehicle " and all you kept saying was "service b"......

Sorry you were dissatisfied with our service. Since you didn't speak English, your wife pointed to the right rear wheel of your car where it was struck in an accident,and told me you wanted to only fix the wheel damage as the car "shakes" when driving. Upon inspection we told you the damage bend the rim and wheel hub and was quoted a price.. your wife called back and repeatedly asked for a lower price and offered cash for no tax..I repeatedly told her that was the price and it's fine if she doesn't want to proceed with the repairs. A second phone call later, again asking for a lower price, she finally gave the ok for the repair.. after the repair was completed I drove the vehicle and felt a slight shake still and heard a "whistle" from the front brakes. I called your wife and told her the left rear tire had a shifted belt and needed replacement,also offering a used replacement to buffer the cost as it was clearly an issue for you.. I also asked her if she was aware of the brake noise coming from the front and she said "he drives the car". I quoted her a price for pad replacement and she said she was coming up for the car..I believe it is you that doesn't understand the working of brakes as I had to explain the noise and demonstrate with a brake pad what a sensor is and your response was "why don't I bend it out of the way"..the sensor is there to indicate when you need to replace the pads,a consept you didn't understand.Its sad when someone's unwillingness the pay for their repairs turns into a blame and negative review....
