We originally toured for a 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment, but she showed us a more spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for my family and I. She was extremely patient with us during the application process and even waived the application fee for us. Thank you Iris!

        I've been living in a Ridgefield Gardens apartment since 2020. This year when my lease ended, I was planning to move out to the other Apartment. But finally, I ended up with a new unit in Ridgefield Garden again. It was because, mainly, it's a quiet and safe community and a good management environment. During the processing of a new lease, I was pleased with the leasing specialist, Iris. Her professionalism ensured everything went seamlessly.
