Edwin recently completed two projects for us: 1) removal of old and installation of 3 new attic gable vents - he painted them to match the color of our siding, and for additional protection from crawling critters/animals, he installed screens inside the attic windows first; 2) he leveled, switched broken for unbroken ones, and sanded the front walkway pavers. Edwin was always polite and respectful, responded to messages promptly, showed up as promised, did the job, and cleaned up after he finished. He was careful, and meticulous with details, obvious that he took pride in his work, open to questions, suggestions, and comments. We are very happy with the results. This is the 3rd time he did work for us and we will use him again. In addition, we had recommended him to our neighbor who already hired him and they were happy with the results as well.
