5 stars We chose Rachael Placitella as our representative our case. She guided us through depositions, the delays of COVID, and my medical needs from the beginning, through till the end. She fought relentlessly for us, keeping us fully informed as to the progress of the case. Five Stars isn't a high enough rating for Rachael, as she went above and beyond any expectations we had. The firm as a whole was very upbeat when we first went there. There was never a lack of communication from them. Rachel, especially, was very compassionate about our needs and even more so after my husband passed away from his cancer. She gave me her recommendations but also abided by wishes when it came to resolving my claim. She fought incredibly hard to achieve the best possible outcome for means you family.
