        They say "call us" when people write bad reviews(which seems to happen often now). How about training your staff to clean the car properly the 1st time?? Who wants to drive back to get what you paid for in the first place.(or have the time) Butch's used to be great, not per my last visit. I even tipped the guys on the front end(vacuum) and back end handsomely. When I got into my car, there were still debris on the floors, in the back, cup holders, etc. As for drying/wiping down they missed spots on the back door and didn't even touch the rims. Never experienced this poor service. Maybe new owners is my guess. I even had to back up to the vacuums(which someone came over to me as they are for staff only) and had to vacuum all they missed. What a joke.
