If I could give 10 stars I would. I've been working with Colin all year on securing a mortgage as my family searched for home and we finally did. Colin and Waterville Mortgage was invaluable in the entire process for me. He was always quick to respond, super patient, extremely knowledgable, helpful, and guided me easily throughout the entire process, especially during closing time making me feel extremely secure in a chaotic process and time.
