Eric was able to help me find the best policy for both my home and auto insurance. Really easy to talk to and was really patient explaining everything to me. It was my fist time buying a home and he really gave me peace of mind knowing that he really wanted to find the best coverage. He also explained things to me that I didnt even knew existed in insuring your home. Definitely recommend Eric and DJ to anyone that is looking for really great insurance agents.

Great experience so far with Goosehead. Eric takes a holistic approach to identifying and filling your insurance needs. Does not come across like a salesman, and has a lot of tools at his disposal to determine the right amount of coverage. We've had a great relationship with them thus far and refer them to friends who aren't even shopping for insurance. Much easier than trying to shop around insurance on your own.

This agency is probably the worst experience Ive ever had with Insurance. I sold my house 10/2021, needed to close my homeowners policy, nobody answers phones at this place. I got the run around for months. I finally receive a refund check and that bounced. So Im probably going to be suing this agency and carrier of policy which is Berkshire Hathaway for Consumer Fraud, Insurance Fraud along with other damages. Oh and apparently my policy is still active even though I dont own home which is even more scary to think. I would look elsewhere for insurance.
