    I own a local business in the area and one of my trucks went down, the transmission line blew in half and I was really worried my truck was going to be out for at least three weeks getting repaired. I brought my truck in they gave me a super fair price, and it was done the next day. The owner told me they prioritize small business vehicles, because they know how important it is to run our business with the vehicle. This is a very special place. Ive never felt prioritize bringing any car to any auto shop in my life. Thank you guys for everything and I really appreciate you getting me back on the road so quickly.

    I had a horrible experience with them. Background info, the car they serviced does NOT have and oil leak and had been driven less than 4000 miles. My cars are normally serviced at the Acura Dealership, but the one time we used Mayo Auto Services, my daughter's car got the "Low Level Engine Oil" warning on our way back from a trip, so we pulled up to a gas station and I had to add 2 quarts of oil. I am glad I was with her to help her with this. I complained to them, the secretary was very nice, but the owner was rude and very unprofessional, to put it mildly. I was told by them that this is normal. I am not a mechanic, but to have to add two quarts of oil before the next oil change hasn't happened to any of my cars, so for me is not normal. The oil change/service itself was over $90, so it was not cheap, but the question I have is, was the car serviced properly? Was the right amount of oil added? I guess I would never know. All I know is that I will never go back to this shop. This could have easily cost me an engine.

Sorry you feel this way, but I totally disagree with your statements that you made on my Google review. You conveniently left out some very important details of what actually occurred with your vehicle. So I need to state the facts:Number 1, Mayo Auto Service serviced your Acura over year ago on August 8, 2022.Now almost 13 months later you're complaining that Mayo Auto Service didn't service your car correctly or didn't put in the correct amount of oil. You also left out the fact that you drove this vehicle just over 4,000 miles over the course of that year. You also left out the fact that your Acura has 115,000 + miles on the odometer.So Mayo Auto serviced your car over a year ago, you drive over 4,000 miles on a worn out 115,000+ mile Acura and use 2 qts of oil. And this is somehow Mayo Auto's fault. I will let the Google review readers with the slightest bit of common sense come to their conclusions.Yes, I did get agitated and rude, but only after you stood in my office berating me and refused to listen to whatever I was saying. You were going on and on about something that I had no control over and frankly made absolutely no sense.
