We were in need of a realtor to handle selling my Mothers house (townhome condo). My sister & I were executors and we are not local to the house. We needed someone to find, hire, & manage contractors to paint & install new carpeting. Jen handled all of this for us. She guided us in pricing. She got the house listed on a variety of sites. We had an offer in 14 days and the deal closed 3 weeks later. The buyer engaged a lawyer who made contract modifications & Jen advises us well. This was the second property that Jennifer Hughes sold for me. First was within 30 days and this time in 14 days. First home was full price and this property was sold at 97.5% of the list price. I couldnt be more satisfied with Jennifer Hughes. I highly recommend her services.
