First and foremost 5 Stars isn't enough! Working with Gary to find our first home was an absolute blast! Not only was it a fun experience, but Gary's expertise and support were invaluable. He made the process enjoyable, provided helpful insights about different neighborhoods, and was always available when we needed him. Thanks to Gary, Patrick, Kevin, Michelle, Gina, Rod I found my first home and couldn't be happier!!!! They are my TEAM the DREAM TEAM! They never gave up the fought like heck with any obstacle, kept me in the loop about every good and bad thing, and I can go on and on on how amazing they all were! We could not have hoped to find a better realtor than Don. We were beginning to look seriously, but our sense of our needs was still evolving. Don took us very seriously, helping to refine our search, showing us plausible properties within the range of our financial expectations, and truly listening to our hopes, needs, and requirements. He was also great to just be with; I expect well be friends. In the end, he found us a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. We are completely delighted with our 100 year old home ( still unpacking) which Don, with his usual persistence, found, avoided the bidding wars so common during our search, and brought in towards the lower end of our budget. He also offered one stop shopping, finding a mortgage rate well below the rapidly rising percentages, offering a lawyer, and an inspector whose 120 page document was comprehensive and impressive. Don was there through every stage of the process, negotiating with the sellers agent and basically bringing it all home. No surprises, no buyers remorse. Don Daly is a FIND!!! Jeff and Louise Engel
