Jasmine has been my primary contact with TOCR She puts her heart and soul into the work I find her very proficient in dealing with the tenants, I also find her proficient in communicating problems and working out solutions. She stays on top of problems as they arise. And keeps me well informed. I find it to be an excellent relationship.,

I dealt with property manager Jasmine and she was wonderful!! After having dealt with a property manager that took advantage of me, Jasmine was a breath of fresh air. She truly cared about what was going on at the property. She was there when needed without hesitation. And when I decided to sell the property she helped me find the right realtor. She even called and checked in to see how things were going. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a caring and kind property manager!!
