        To all residents of the Northern Bergen County area who use SP parking (nj transit). In todays world prices are out of control. But , it should be taken into consideration, if you are a good customer for years now . The yearly rate has just went up too $900 . Monthly rate went from $60 to now $75 , that is a 25% increase . And I understand only Ramsey was increased. Really Really not fare !!!!!

        Why are the pay stations constantly broken and breaking down? Two of the three pay stations on the third floor have been broken for months, and the third one went down this morning. This has been a constant issue since I started parking at Ramsey route 17 station, which was about a year and a half go. 10/31/2023 update - all the pay stations on the 3rd floor are broken again. Multiple customers attempted to pay, but the machine couldnt read our credit cards. One woman paid successfully but the machine didnt give her parking ticket back. 12/6/2023: all three pay stations on the third floor are broken again.

        They dont let you use a battery maintainer and dont have any jumper to help you if your battery is flat very customer unfriendly there
