Holiday Inn Express Ramsey-Mahwah, an IHG Hotel

Nice clean rooms laid out really well. There was a back entrance which made it easy to drive to and it was within walking distance to a few good food options.

I usually never review hotels in the US, even the big names because they are similar quality and cleanness level. Here is the 5 star to this Holiday Inn, from cleanness level to breakfast menu. Building, corridors, entrance, and furnitures are crisp clean.. In the breakfast section, you will find high-quality products, chobani, organic milk, chestnuts, zero sugar products, organic butter, etc. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the management. Rooms: Clean and smells so fresh Everything is really worth it what you deserve. Safety: Perfect area for visit Walkability: Not so much but close to park for walking Food & drinks: Perfect, fresh and quality brands, i found organic items which was a very unique and special to seeing it in US hotels.

Very unaccommodating... All about the money. My wife had minor surgery and we asked to check in 2 hours early but they refused to accommodate us. (We're Dimaond members too and since 1998). Too many other great brand hotels out there to stay at like Marriott that are always will to accommodate you. Lost my business.. Which I know the hotel didn't care about.

I loved the attention to details at his hotel. We had a king size room and it had two pillows on each side oft he bed. One was labeled firm, and the other soft, so we could choose the right pillow for us. The lighted mirror over the vanity helped a lot when getting ready. I like how the vanity/sink was outside the bathroom which gave more space for two people to get ready at the same time. The wi-fi was terrible and kept dropping out every 45 seconds. It was very difficult to watch videos or do much of anything with it. When the room next to us used hot water, we could hear a high pitched noise.

Conveniently located near a good pizza restaurant with a bar, and next to a Wawa. My room was very clean and updated. Breakfast is the simple continental type, and the coffee was good. I will stay here again.
