My mom has been living at Fox Trail Memory Care Living on Central Ave in Ramsey since June of 2020. I am very impressed with how the homelike atmosphere creates a non-institutional feel. The physical set up of an open floor-plan encourages interaction among the residents and a sense of community.
The staff are kind, dedicated and professional. I have confidence and peace of mind that my mom is well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mother has been residing at the Monteville house since March of 2015. Compared to the last community she was in, Memory Care Living is so much better and the staff is extremely professional and caring. At her last facility, we were never informed about her condition and saw an increase to her depression. Now that mom is living in the Monteville house, we are now receiving all needed communication and have peace of mind that she is in the hands of professionals and we will be apprised of real time events and will also be able to take part in her health care decisions.
Bottom line: at the Memory Care Living, we fell confident that our Mom will get the attention she needs. This peace of mind means a lot to us, and we have the highest praise for the competent and professional staff who are looking out for her welfare!
