Simply put, if you want an expert in all areas of home buying and selling, Mohamed Shehata is definitely the person for you. What impressed me most was how Mr. Shehata was always one step ahead of every situation during the process, so no time/energy was wasted, and that expertise allowed me to continue focusing on my job and personal life like normal. Mr. Shehata managed to get my family our forever home in this unprecedentedly hot seller's market, we signed on the exact closing date 45 days after the process started, and best of all, the home was an actual "move in ready" house (which was my #1 priority), so I didn't have to spend a bunch of money after moving in repairing things (which literally all of my friends who have recently bought got stuck doing the first few months); instead my family has been spending our first several weeks enjoying the comfort of our stylish home and friendly neighborhood, with our focus solely on the simple things like where to hang the family photos and which plants should go where.
