        Had to hound them repeatedly via email to get a response after filling out the application form. Finally get an assessment scheduled, they don't answer any of my questions about it, then I show up at the time *they* suggested and the place is closed and locked. No one answering the phone. Very unprofessional.

        I have listened to my boyfriends virtual lessons with Herve for the past 6 months, and I am in awe everytime - its like hes in the room with him, and he helps improve his skills 10 fold with every session! On top of being one of the best teachers Ive heard of, hes such a friendly and personable guy. I highly recommend you give his lessons a try, you wont be disappointed!
