Through the night there was a lot of arqueing in the parking lot in the back of the hotel I was on 4th floor and it woke me up 3am ridiculous and then I got home and my bill said they charged me 207. For the room they said was 170.00!

Is there such a thing as a 3 star hotel that you would recommend to others? If you're just looking for a place to lay your head and shower, then if you can get this place for a substantially lower rate than anywhere nearby? Go for it. Completely adequate. It is difficult to get to from 1&9 South. From 1&9 North, be careful not to miss the turn. Some rooms have a view of the river walk. All the nice parts of downtown Rahway are within a mile but not walkable without crossing the highway. If priced competitively though, there are substantially better options available nearby including one right next door. No place in this area maintains their pool. Basically false advertising, but not just this place. The included breakfast here is completely shabby. The kind of place where the guests show up to continental breakfast in their pajamas. Even the free coffee was terrible, from concentrate not even fresh brewed. Even the cold cereal was stale. Completely institutional, 1 star if you're famished or on a shoestring budget. All that considered, if the price stays right, I would stay here again. A bargain, just don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Convenient to/from the airport for early AM, straight shot about 20 minutes max. With traffic, better give yourself 45.

When I first arrived, I had a problem with checking in. I asked the general manager to see their hotel policy and was told all hotels have the same policies. The man actually tried to refuse me service because I asked to see the policy, which I never was given. Very disrespectful staff here. Started to yell at me and my family, simply because he didnt understand us and the question we were asking. The rooms was spacious with a pullout couch, clean with plenty of pillows as well. The female mourning manger was very disrespectful as well. Once again my husband tried asking a question and her response was that she only works the front desk. When my brother tried asking the female who tends to the breakfast for an item, she pretended to not hear him. She then walked back after hearing me get upset to acknowledge him. Still her response was nonchalant and unwelcoming. Probably because she was upset due to being late to work and coming in at 7:3, when breakfast starts at 6. Probably wont be staying here again unfortunately. Also, this was only for a one night stay.
