        Ive rented with Enterprise numerous times from other locations and have never been so disappointed. I called them for days and the phone just kept ringing no one would pick up , and then I start getting harassing e-mails from them about returning the car when I had been calling for days trying to get someone on the line . It took me 7 times to keep hanging up and calling back to finally get someone to pick up to then be on hold for 10 minutes and then be greeted by Dan who was rude and very ignorant during our entire interaction. For them to say customer service is their top priority , I do not feel I was helped in anyway but rather harassed and chastised over the phone on when I was bringing the car back instead of asking how he could assist . I am utterly disappointed in the way I was treated .
