        Please get professional people answering the phones. I spoke to a woman who would not help me with my account information about an email I received. I gave her the proper identification and she still refused. She also was sighing on the phone, overall nasty tone. If she doesnt like her job, she needs to find another one. I was able to get help by calling another Columbia bank, which was sad.
