I had an appointment scheduled with these people on sept 2. I left 3 voicemails over the course of 72 hours leading up to the day of the appointment to confirm and got no call back. My appointment was the day of the road closures after a big storm. If the appointment needed to be rescheduled I would have totally understood. I still showed up at noon after leaving work which was my appointment time and no one showed up. No one called me that morning to reschedule. Nothing. I finally got ahold of the the person who was scheduled to come do my appointment (Pat) and they said they were sorry and would reach back out to me early the following week (approx 4-5 days from then) to reschedule. I could tell Pat had no idea of my original appointment and it was never scheduled. Anyway, its been two full weeks since Pat told me this and I have received no phone call to reschedule. No one answers their phones. No one calls back. This company is truly pathetic for the way they operate. Please, stay as far away from them as you can.
