        I find some support staff lacking basic civility in their speech. It could be considered borderline insensitive, malicious, and nasty. In that sense, it is the same business as Best Buy, mall, food store etc. you just sell Math. I suggest getting your support staff a tour of any store so they can pick a thing or two from trained customer support professionals. Update - I spoke to the campus director and she allayed all my concerns related to the incident and reaffirmed with me the AOPS mission and how welcoming its culture is. I was happy to note that institute ensures that kids are placed above everything else. Thank you for addressing my concerns. Much appreciated.
