I met Helen in Dec. 2018 at an open house -- which house we bought a few months later with Helen representing us. Then in September 2021, my parents decided to move from several states away to near me, and I contacted Helen again. She helped me find a great house for them, and understood their needs and wishes well. She was patient and helpful throughout, offering names and numbers for all the services we need to sign up for, and also told us a few great stories! We closed in Dec. 2021.

Helen is the penultimate professional. She is on top of everything, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She staged, marketed, and showed our house really effectively, and we quickly received multiple offers. She was proactive, supportive and helpful as we navigated the process post- offer with inspections, repairs, etc. She is sharp and understands the market well, she wont steer you wrong.

I highly recommend working with Helen! It was such a pleasure working with her to sell my condo! She made me feel like I was her top priority and always responsive. Helen did an amazing job staging and photographing my place to make it enticing for a buyer. And after accepting an offer, she helped me through the close on the documents needed and inspections to schedule for the sale. She was fantastic!
