I cannot thank Ms.Kapoor enough for the compassionate and expert care she provided to my mom during her time of grief. My mom lost her husband unexpectedly and struggled to cope with the loss and the profound sadness that came with it. Ms.Kapoor was a true professional who listened to my mom's concerns and provided her with the tools and guidance she needed to navigate this difficult time. My mom has battled with depression even before this, but Ms.Kapoor has been able to help her manage and overcome it, despite the language barrier and my mom's past. What I appreciated most about Ms.Kapoor was her ability to create a safe and supportive space for my mom to open up and express her emotions. She was kind, patient, and empathetic, and she was able to help my mom process her feelings in a way that was both healing and empowering. She has even gone above and beyond to empower my sister and I as we manage decisions regarding my mom's care and well-being during this time. Thanks to Ms.Kapoor's guidance, my mom has improved her quality of life. I highly recommend Ms.Kapoor to anyone struggling with depression, grief, and sudden life changes. Dr kapoor means stress out of the patients I mean it .I have one session a week seems like i have been stressed for family issues Dr Kapoor has been like family not Evan Dr She knows my problems and she has been helping to solve them one by one . She Evan knew my problem . What I mean is she knows someone had Trauma in family and its effecting the whole family and we need to do some thing to fix it GOD willing and with her help . I am so happy I found her at Psychology Today webs and also she was under Punjabi speaking that was big help so she understands my issues cuz the same culture and language. I highly recommend her to any one has any family problems she is the right person. Specially for Indian families.Dr is not 5 start but she is 10 star for me she is been life saver for me GOD BLESS HER God give her energy to help helpless people like me
