I have been bothered by back pain for a few years. Gaurav is very professional and helpful. Just after 5 sessions, I feel fully recovered. Each session is 1-1 and fully customized. Exercise plans are easy to follow. Definitely the best PT in the area.

Typically, I refrain from writing reviews, but I feel compelled to express my immense satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) using my modest writing skills. I used to actively participate in badminton and volleyball. However, nearly a year ago, I began experiencing pain in my right shoulder. I decided to seek professional help and visited the Princeton Orthopedic Associates (POA) for an examination. After conducting X-rays, they found no issues with my shoulder. It was then that a friend recommended Seva Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Despite my initial reservations, Gaurav, the therapist, took the time to thoroughly assess my condition. He guided me through stretching exercises and tailored workouts during several sessions (approximately six). Additionally, he assigned me some homework. After this comprehensive approach, Gaurav encouraged me to test my overarm serve in volleyball. Ive been diligently following the prescribed routine, and Im back to both working and playing sports. Gauravs individualized care and attention have been exceptional. I am genuinely delighted with the service provided by Gaurav and Seva Orthopedic Physical Therapy. A heartfelt thank you!
