They left a mess on the roof which clogged my gutters causing water to overflow and flood the basement.

We had issues with rodents in the attic. These guys did a great job responding and making me feel better about the whole situation. The clean up and repair was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves.

Its hard to believe the good reviews on this company. They are unresponsive once they got my credit card information and charged me, did not pick up or return my phone calls. They trapped the squirrels in my chimney by putting mesh on the cap before getting them out, and tried to release them by letting them go down through my house... with out a tunnel or anything! They moved my furniture around and asked to use my towels to try to keep the squirrels from going to the rest of the house. All other companies I have spoken to says that what they did is unprofessional, a joke, and shows their inexperience. The cage that they left in my fireplace was old and broken according to another company that came to assess, so of course they never came back to pick it up. I had to deal with the situation myself and also clean up the mess that they made. Dont waste your time or money on this company. Service: General wildlife removal
