        Had rotator cuff surgery on right shoulder in 2020 and left in 2022. It's now 2023 and both shoulders need surgical repair of the same tendons and they won't provide records.

        I would give Dr. Miller 5 stars, but this review is for the PT department on the 1st floor. I saw Jennifer twice, during which time she gave me only two things to do, and nothing to do at home. Then I got the bill and was stunned that they submitted two bills to my insurance company, one for $850, the other for $550, each for a one hour visit. Because I have a high deductible, I would have to pay most of the bill myself. This was stunning for such minimal assistance. I have found much better PT elsewhere.
