Bad service, rude staff and suspicious-raising actions.
Took my teenager kids there and we were told that the eye exam has $5 copay. I had some doubt because the same insurance plan fully covered the eye exam last year. OK maybe the policy changed, and $5 is not big deal, so we proceeded. After the eye exam, the doctor talked about the result and gave advice. The doctor was nice and patient. Weird things happened from this point: we requested a copy of the eye exam report, in order to talk to the doctor while referring to it. They didn't give it to us at first, and upon the third time I requested, they finally said that that the printer was broken so I could only access the report online. So I stayed there registering the online portal, trying the access the exam report, and then they urged us to leave because the office was closing up and the doctor was seeing the last patient. I asked once again for a printed report, and finally someone went to somewhere to bring back a copy. Then they asked me to pay before handing me the report. This action made me feel suspicious, because I thought I had the right to take my time to make sure everything is OK before we leave. However, their attitude made me feel like that I was asking for a big favor, and I had to negotiate for it. It was only $10, and it was not a big deal that we paid first, but I had a hard time trusting them. At the end, after we paid and got the report, I requested to speak to the doctor again to go through more details and clarify some confusions. The doctor was seeing other patients, but the way the staff turned us away made me feel like what I requested was "wrong" and out of usual service.

This center had been our annual eyes check up in the last 2 years for our family of for. The nurses as well as the doctors are professional, friendly, positive people. The sitting/waiting area in the office space needs improve because sometimes we have to wait more than 10. Otherwise the service is good. I order my reading glasses which I choose a really nice one because they have great deals and sales.

The most unprofessional, rude, uncaring, detestable customer DIS-service!! I have been forced to deal with these people for over two months now and I still don't have my contacts, which I paid for right away in full! They refuse to call me back after multiple messages left, with both the contact technician and the office manager. Not to mention the fact that the first doctor I saw gave me the wrong prescription! These people are thieves.
