I unfortunately had no choice, but to go to this Neurologist. She was rude and combative, refused to refill prescriptions. Ive been on for years. And wants a brain MRI, which is ridiculous.

Took forever to obtain and send pre authorization for an important procedure, scheduled me for an appointment anyway, and never picked up the phone. Good luck getting anyone but the front desk on the phone or anyone to call you back.

Impossible to reach the office, even as an existing patient. Nobody answered my calls, nobody returned my messages, and the online patient portal is completely non-functional

This practice is horrible. I received an MRI on a Friday afternoon. Friday evening, I received a phone call from the doctor on call, Dr. Keiser. He stated that I need an emergency procedure and I need to go directly to the hospital. The radiologist saw something that needed more tests. Dr. Keiser called back a little later that evening and stated that he will pass on the information to my doctor and another colleague to review to test and will get back to me Saturday morning. It is now Wednesday of the following week and I have not heard back from anyone. Except Dr. Keiser's secretary and she basically was very nasty and for me to stop leaving messages because he is not my doctor. I left 4 messages for my doctor, Neema, and two messages for the office manager, Jackie. Do not use this practice.
