Was told originally that my case couldn't be handled by them because it's not a discrimination, when their website in fact states "WAGE & HOUR & OVERTIME CLAIMS". When informed that their site was misleading the woman "respectfully disagreed". When I called back I was told that they DO handle wage cases and that my case "probably wasn't worth it", and couldn't figure out who I even talked to originally.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I spoke to 12 different lawyers (free consultation) before I finally chose Greg Calliste and his team at Phillips and Associates to represent me. I chose them because of
1. Passion - I had this gut feeling that Greg was someone who would *truly* fight for me. Someone who genuinely cared.
2. Expertise - so much of law can be manipulated against you, and it takes deep expertise and experience to fight for justice. Greg and P&A - in my opinion theyre the best of the best, theyve seen it all, and that know-how is so critical.
Greg and his team FAR exceeded my expectations. While some lawyers may just go through the step by step motions, Greg did more than that. He prepared himself with every little detail for the case, really understood my story and also provided emotional support. I always felt heard. Greg made himself available all the time, always a quick phone call away. He fought hard and brought a kind of fire that I was moved by. Before teaming up with Greg/ P&A I felt alone and helpless up against a large corporation, which wasnt a fair fight. But with Greg/ P&A by my side, I felt like I had my own army, ready to fight a fair battle.
If any of my friends or family members ever run into any employment law trouble Im giving them Gregs number in a heartbeat. Greg and team, thank you for all that youve done for me, my family and for justice.

I inquired about a potential discrimination case and was contacted by "Tatiana" who claimed to be the "intake screening" person. She asked me to explain my situation and as I was providing details of my circumstances, she abruptly put me "on hold" for approx 5 minutes and another associate within the firm claimed she "had an emergency" and would call me back! No call back! I find that very unprofessional and frustrating! I get the impression that she was incompetent to understand the complexities of my claim and bailed out on me rather than telling me the firm cannot assist me. Certainly unprofessional on all levels.

From the first consultation on, Gregory Kirschenbaum and his team handled my issue with pure professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done. Gregory made it a point to set sufficient time aside so that he could keep me up to date with pertinent information in plain legalese that I could feel comfortable about and keep the stress level at a minimum for my situation. It is unfortunate whenever someone needs to talk to a lawyer. Still, it is good to know that lawyers like Gregory Kirschenbaum can help you navigate them properly and with the dignity it deserves.
