We like and appreciate Doctor Dashevsky, I have recommended her to everyone who ask for a good Doctor, but her practice is too busy now and the waiting time is just too long. One hour waiting is just too much.

I am giving one star because the billing department recently sent my husband a bill 15 months after the date of service without having submitted the bill to insurance. They had collected his current insurance card, as they always do, before his appointment. When we received the bill, I called the office several times and reached out via email. I was told it was too late to send to the insurance company. I said that this was clearly an oversight by their department since we received the first bill over a year after service. I offered to pay half. The woman in billing responded that I should have checked my insurance statement of benefits--as if it was the patients responsibility to request a bill. That is a ludicrous suggestion. I didn't want to engage anymore, so I have sent a check for the full amount. In the past, I have referred people to Dr. Dashevsky, who is a good doctor. Unfortunately, I would never return to this office or recommend it as patients may have surprise bills. The office should address their billing issues.

Staff not helpful. I was told it would be 3 months to get a physical and two weeks to meet/talk to a doctor, but no labs or treatment. It sounds like its difficult to get help in a timely manner with this doctor.

Amazingly professional doctor who sees a patient as a whole system very carefully. Very patient and professional personnel and clinical environment
