        I called for help with a policy problem and all I got you have to call another department and that happened 3 times,it's like nobody knows anything but just how to transfer you to another department.

        Absolute Total SCAM artists. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO PROTECT YOUR BUSINESS. I had major damage to my business and they used the act of god to scam their way out of paying. All the people that work here are terrible human beings that hate their life and take it out on poor paying customers. Beyond ignorant and incompetent I have never in my life experience such dissatisfaction with an insurance company. Do not waste your time. RUN.

        This company is the worst of the worst I paid them through cube smart and when I went to get my things everything was bug infestation spiders eggs water bugs I had to get rid of my things and they said that it didn't cover bug infestation it's a spam I hate when company take advantage of people its sooo annoying and sad
