      image The quality of the food was horrible

      image The hotel hosts late-night events that go on till late, and they have no control over the volume of the music. It's past 11, I have an early day tomorrow, and I can't sleep because the music is so loud. I'm talking club-level loud. It's absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn't host loud events at night in the same building where people are trying to sleep.
